Our patient management software provides you with automated assistance in

Since our patient information management was designed to store records in
individual, easily accessible files, staff efficiency and staff productivity is
greatly increased. The patient's record is easily retrieved. Should you have
the patient's computer ID printed on an EOB or label in your hands, that number
can be entered for that patient. In most cases, however, you only have the
patient's name - enter the first few letters of the last name, and the initial
of the patient's first name, to select from the alphabetical list.
Online patient information, as well as service, payment, and diagnosis,
is available at the receptionist's fingertips allowing the option of billing
the patient, and/or printing an insurance-ready statement upon check-out. The

daily information for office visits, including visit length information and the
patient's location in your office.

may list patients by: referring physician, geographic location. Managed care
